  • New York Putative Class Covered Period: April 25, 2018 - July 25, 2024
  • New Jersey Putative Class Covered Period: January 10, 2018 – July 25, 2024
  • Putative Collective Period: April 25, 2021 – July 25, 2024
    • ONLY the Putative Collective may submit a Claim Form.
